FrameCutter

Frame Cutter is an iOS app that can extract a frame from any video in the Photos Library. All metadata available in the original video is exported along the frame:

Location of the video is copied.
Camera information is derived from the information in the video.
The time of the frame is adjusted based on the time of the video and the time of the frame itself.
